1. Can you give us names and addresses NOW (we want to write and stockpile the cards to send closer to the election) for the demographics youprefer?


2. Do you have a script you want us to use, or can we use our own?


3. Will you provide postcards and stamps?


4. If you can help us with the postcard effort, how soon can we get the names/addresses, script, postcards and/or stamps?
